Responsible for modeling the Candidate Journey and training our partners on it, Andi has not only systematized the process that gets consistent results, but has successfully executed it in recruiting, developing, and retaining our world-class team. A professional dancer & choreographer in her past life and having built a national network of somatic healing artists, she takes the Candidate Journey beyond the spoken word- from the heart to the hands.
