Having started her journey with the team as a Data Specialist many years ago, Jesi’s held roles in data management, administration, and marketing before stepping into her zone of genius as CXM. Intersecting structure with creativity from her background in Visual Arts, she holds accountability to the Candidate Journey with grace- embracing the principle of serving with "unreasonable hospitality" every day- a value that aligns with her passion for creating meaningful experiences with others and advancing relationships.

Joe is the CEO of Convert Recruiting and co-founder of the Generative Recruiting methodology at the heart of our success. Responsible for recruiting over $6BB in mortgage production volume with our partners in the last year alone, Joe not only believes in "Building Business by Building People", but has the evidence of success to show for it. As a Master Trainer in Neurolinguistic Programming, much of the power of the Candidate Journey lives in the conversation.

Andi is the COO of Convert Recruiting and co-founder of the Generative Recruiting methodology. Responsible for modeling the Candidate Journey and training our partners on it, Andi has not only systematized the process that delivers more results more consistently, but also successfully executes it day in and day out in recruiting, developing, and retaining our world-class team and partnerships. A professional dancer & choreographer in her past life and having built a national network of somatic healing artists, she takes the Candidate Journey beyond the spoken word- from the heart to the hands.
