Responsible for recruiting over $6BB in mortgage production volume with our partners in the last year alone, Joe not only believes in "Building Business by Building People", but has the evidence of success to show for it. As a Master Trainer in Neurolinguistic Programming, much of the power of the Candidate Journey lives in the conversation.

Responsible for modeling the Candidate Journey and training our partners on it, Andi has not only systematized the process that delivers more results more consistently, but also successfully executes it day in and day out in recruiting, developing, and retaining our world-class team and partnerships. A professional dancer & choreographer in her past life and having built a national network of somatic healing artists, she takes the Candidate Journey beyond the spoken word- from the heart to the hands.
